Ta Phrom & Bayon Temple

Two of my favorite temples. Ta Phrom is famous because of the ‘Tomb Raider’ movie. When we entered south gate of Ta Phrom, we keep taking pictures on any tree hoping it’s the ‘tomb raider tree’. Those are just one of the trees on Ta Phrom area 🙁

This place is really far from the temples at the Angkor complex. It took us almost an hour by car. I fell asleep on the way. Our driver show us photos of the river and stone carvings and we eventually said yes (had to add few more dollars) because he said we will hike! I felt sorry for my sprained ankle.
