Basilica of Saint Martin of Tours

Climbed upstairs of Basilica to see the view of Taal with my friend. Way up is dark and narrow like those Japanese tunnels. Fee is 50 pesos per person. From what I heard this is the largest catholic church in Asia.

To reach Taal Town from Batangas Grand Terminal:
(routes at Batangas City are based on color)

1. Ride jeep to Bauan (blue label/color) 10-15 mins
2. Get off at McDonalds Bauan
3. From there, ride another jeep to Lemery (blue label/color)
4. Ask the driver to drop you near Taal Basilica 20-30 mins

Galleria Taal is a camera museum with mostly film and vintage cameras. It’s a must visit since it is 3-5 minutes walk to three ancestral houses: Agoncillo, Villa Tortuga and Apacible.
