Transit at SG

Day 1️⃣ of our backpacking trip. Transit in SG 🇸🇬

Transit at SG

We had 6 hours transit in Singapore. 🇸🇬 Landed passed midnight already. After finding transfer lounge to get our boarding pass, we lined up at immigration for 30 minutes! It’s nice to be back in Singapore~

I still have few SGD 💵 so Jen & Maan exchanged at the airport and then off we go to the taxi stand. We rode a Mercedes Benz taxi which costs us 31.00 SGD to Gardens by the Bay. 50% additional fare starting midnight. We only had a ⏳ few minutes to roam the area as it closes at 2AM. Walked, run and hiked looking for the Dragonfly bridge to Marina Bay Sands, stopped by to take quick pictures, and walked again down to the Shoppes. 💍

Then off the mall again to see Bayfront. Decided to skip the walk from Bayfront to Merlion because of limited time so we only walked halfway to Helix Bridge and back to the taxi stand of Marina Bay Sands hotel. Reached Changi by 3 in the morning, shared a coffee of white chocolate mocha at Starbucks (they don’t sell Starbucks card ㅠ.ㅠ) then went down again to exchange more SGD and had early breakfast/snack at McDonalds. 🍟

Passed by the immigration counter easily, doodled near the Koi Pond, played and run around the airport to gate F42 and waited for our flight at 6 AM to Bangkok. ✈️
